My 2-months old boy has a mouth thrush. We did 10 days treatment with Nystatin, but the white patches are still there! My nipples are bright pink too, which is a sign they are infected. How did you get rid of it?

i been having it since the start of my pregnancy i try pessary but it doesn’t work . i get lot of discharge and is very itchy after i wee. if i go to labour with thrush is it going to harm my baby ?
