I’m working on curing a yeast infection (my second one) and I’ve done two doses out of three of the Miconazole. I’m curious if using the plain yogurt during the day to soothe the itching and such will counteract it or anything. Thanks!

Yogurt has anywhere between 21-37 grams of sugar, yet the candida articles say to eat it, but avoid sugar? Are they talking about eating plain yogurt (which still is high in sugar)? Or do the live bacteria cancel out the sugar?

I have gotten a few yeast infections during this pregnancy and do not want to use monistat or perscription stuff anymore. Is it o.k. to use plain yogurt or acidophilus pills to treat them ? Anyone else use this method of treatment
