I’ve just stopped the pill which gave me endless thrush. I’ve incorprated more yoghurt into my diet and I take acidophyllus daily. Still managed to get another bout. Do you think your partner can carry the germs that cause it. Seems when I have lots of sex I get this discharge again.

I just started the Atkins diet 2-3 days ago. I was feeling fine, but I got a sore throat after jogging yesterday. Even though I completely rehydrated, the sore throat has persisted all through today, and I’m starting to feel fatigued and achy. I had yeast symptoms a couple of weeks ago, like rectal and genital itching, so I’m pretty sure this is yeast die-off. What’s a good treatment for it? Can anyone recommend any Atkins-friendly anti-fungal supplements?
