It’s not yeast infection… HELP?
So lately around the vagina area..[more towards butt but not there] but yea..it’s been & itching/burning kinda and i put vaseline on it then it’s fine. It usually get irrated when I get out the shower. There’s no wierd discharge or smell. What could it be? It’s not the soap and I am not sexually active[virgin]. What is it?

I have NO odor or disharge..just a small itch before i put vaseline on it.. then it normal…could it be from lack of moisture?

it could be a bacterial infection… and yes they just happen, it will take antibiotics to get rid of the infection if that is indeed what it is… the only way to tell for sure is to go to the doctor and have it checked out.
It could actually be an adult form of diaper rash. Since you say the vaseline made it feel better. Get some desitin or balmex or Zinc Oxide cream from any pharmacy and put it on. Usually what causes it is excessive moisture. Wear only cotton panties and not thongs or anything like that. Make sure your pants aren’t too tight and avoid pantyhose.
You could be allergic to something – soap, body wash, scented toilet paper, bleach, laundry soap….
