Take 1 soft gel 3x a day. I am using 1000mg.
Something else you can try is inserting them into your vagina. Raw garlic will probably work quicker. Take a clove of garlic, peel the outside paper stuff off and insert it before bed. puncturing or cutting the clove will make it more potent. Take it out the following moring. This should kill the yeast pretty quick.
