have you tried drinking some water. you kidneys could be in need of some H2O right about now. sounds like your really dehydrated. i would try drinking a lot of water for the next few days and if that doesn’t make it a little bit better call your doctor. I would even call your doctor today to get in a few days out, and if you get better just cancel the appt. if not then go! lol. good luck, hope you feel better.
