My husband and I have been trying for a baby for 6 months and still no luck. I have never really had a yeast infection…or at least not a bad one…but i do now and im suppost to start my period any day now. Is it normal to get an infection this close to starting your period or could it mean that I might be pregnant? Thanks for your help.

a doctor once told me sometimes once you treat a yeast infection you will get a bacteria infection.then he said that i can use something to block the yeast infections.because once i treat one or the other another comes so its an ongoing process.it will stop for a little while but eventually it comes back.any advice would be good advice.i can find it ,where or what should i do?

I have gotten a few yeast infections during this pregnancy and do not want to use monistat or perscription stuff anymore.

i think i may have a yeast infection.. cause it ‘s sorta ichy "down there". im not sure what the signs are, so if you could list them, that would be very helpful. Also, if i do happen to have one, do i get rid of it with cream from a doctors or tablets that are inserted "down there".

Every 2-3 months I’ll get a yeast infection right before my period begins. I’m tired of this I try yogurt but it still comes. Is there a specific brand that i should eat? What cause a woman to get them? I just got a yeast infection for the first time 2 years ago and ever since then I can’t seem to get rid of them. Could there more to the story that my doctor is not catching?

I had sex with my boyfriend last night and noticed some mild burning…this morning I woke up and it was worse with some mild itching. It seems like a yeast infection. My question is can he contract it from me just having sex that one time. We don’t use condoms, i’m on Mirena and we’re both 100% faithful. Since we just had it that one time and symptoms weren’t full blown what are the likelihoods of him catching it? Can men even catch it?
