He suggested a diet(that was no carb diet). When I tried I became well. But then I got another kind of sickness. I went to too many doctors. Finally, I went to Karachi. I got tested (did more than 45 tests) but nothing found. That was very very very bad disease. Every time I was needing to immergency but no one was helping.

Finally, I knew it is candidiasis(candida overgrowth, I have more than 100 symptoms. It all depends on diet). There is a long story how I knew. and I said to my family that I have this kind of severe illness. They knew but don’t help me. From 10 years we drink just drink te mix milk with sugar in dinner. This is our dinner. We are not poor but my family is making tea just because they like. when I say to them cook for me something they say we will but when another day comes they haven’t done anything. Sometime I buy some eggs but it is not the solution. I can’t eat eggs every day. I tried but it was disgusting. I said to my mom that you are cheating me she get angry. I am telling them for many years. I am every time crying they see to me but don’t help me. I took antifungals(Ketoconazole, It has more side effects than benefits) It helped me a lot but there was no diet with them therefore yeast overgrowth came again. I pray everytime.

I am sick severely. I live with my family. I have no money. There is no job in my city. I can’t do difficult job. I need a special diet but my family don’t help me. They don’t even help me a little. I am 26 year old male. I will be straight, I masturbate regularly. Probably much more often than I should.

Anyway. Recently (last 5 months or so) I’ve had something come up two times.

After a few days of abnormally high levels of masturbation, I start to notice an awful smell.

This has happened twice (a few months ago and recently). The first time I could not, for the life of me, figure out the source. I tried the carpet. I looked for something that may have died in my room. I could not find it. I thought it was my feet and bought new shoes. I did notice it was present when I traveled out side of my room but I thought it may have been my feet and shoes.

It eventually went away.

This smell comes in waves and is very strong with absolutely no smell desensitization. I could not figure out what caused this extreme strong smell that was so bad I was getting headaches and a little nauseous. Nobody mentioned to me that they smelled it, so I even thought I was having (or had) minor strokes.

Regardless it went away.

It just came back.

Same exact smell. I have now noticed, after careful examination of my shoes and clothes that it is not a lingering smell in the clothes. A wave came really strong while I was standing in line at Walmart and realize this is something in my head or on my body.

I bath 2 times a day. All of my clothes are clean. I went ahead and tried to smell my genitals and realized that is likely it is coming from.
There is no visible infection.

The only association I can draw is that recent bout of excessive masturbation brought this on.

I believe it may be some kind of fungus (disgusting I know). I do have chronic tinea versicolor that shows up on my chest and neck which I get treated with a one day Ketoconazole pill. After a week or so it is usually gone.

There is no irritation, no visible signs, just that smell. It does not go away with washing.

Do you think this may be something legitimate or should I be concerned with it being in my head.
I am going to try one more thing (which I use for the tinea versicolor), applying a large amount of selinum sulfate (selson blue) to the area and let it sit. I am also going to apply it to my feet (just in case). I do not know what this is, or if there is really anything going on. Does it make sense that this kind odor would be produced. Something that comes in waves, and most importantly seems to be started following long periods of masturbation (literally around one day of 4-5 hours).

Anyway, this has only really happened twice. But it is a really awful odor that gives me very bad headaches and nausea. I want to try and take care of it myself before I seek medical attention.

Suggestions?

I’m 16 and for over a year I’ve had stinky discharge in a more than normal amount. And sometimes it has a tan tint to it. I’m a virgin.
